The printing speed is influenced by various factors, including the type and performance of the printing device, such as the moving speed of the printhead, layer thickness setting, heating and cooling speed, etc.; the complexity of the model, where a more complex model requires more printing time; and the characteristics of the material, such as the fluidity and curing speed of the material, which also affect the printing speed. To increase the printing speed, one can choose high-performance printing devices, such as those with high-speed printheads and fast motion control systems. Optimize the model design, simplify the model structure, and reduce unnecessary details and support structures. Reasonably adjust the printing parameters, while ensuring the printing quality, appropriately increase the layer thickness, increase the moving speed of the printhead and the extrusion speed of the material. Additionally, adopting multi-printhead or multi-workstation printing technologies, printing multiple models or different parts of the same model simultaneously, can also effectively improve the printing efficiency.3D printing
